outlook wont open anymore!!!?

i tried to restore my e-mails from acronis home 10 and when i did and started outlook 2003 again it says “the path specified for the file C:\documents and settings\devon\local settings\application date\microsoft\outlook\outlook.pst and archive.pst” and it wont start i have tried the repair and also uninstalled and reinstalled and it does nothing what do i do???

System restore.

Or make sure you have the right compatibility on. (Right click out look icon, property, go to compatibility).
